Warranty Policy for ROBOT Ionized Alkaline Water Purifiers US Series

1. Product Warranty Policy

1.1 Warranty Period:
– 6 years for the electrolytic chamber
– 2 years for the product

1.2 Warranty Conditions:

– The warranty starts from the date of purchase.

– During the warranty period, we will cover 100% of labor and replacement material costs. After the warranty period, the buyer is responsible for technical support fees and material costs (if any).

– Warranty only applies to specific parts and items that are defective. Warranty items must be shipped with prepaid freight insurance and properly packaged to INNOLIVING USA LLC at 15708 Orange Harvest Loop - Winter Garden, FL 34787.

– INNOLIVING USA LLC covers all shipping costs for warranty exchanges within the first 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, the buyer bears the shipping costs for both ways of the warranty exchange. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs outside the USA.

The warranty does not cover:

    ♦ Damages due to environmental factors including (but not limited to) mineral deposits from hard water or high iron content, poor or untreated water quality, bacterial contamination, or sudden changes in power supply.

    ♦ Damages from using non-genuine filters, membranes, or booster pumps.

    ♦ Damage due to misuse, improper installation, unauthorized commercial use.

    ♦ Damage due to repairs performed by anyone other than INNOLIVING USA LLC technicians.

   ♦ The warranty does not apply to consumables, filtration media, sediment filters, products, or components damaged by negligence, misuse, accidents, alterations, freezing, acts of nature, fire, flood, insect damage, water temperature exceeding 1000F, vacuum, or any other factors beyond normal operation and source water issues.

    ♦ Other damages caused by user error.

    ♦ Services related to ROBOT Ionized Alkaline Water Purifiers whose parts are no longer manufactured or supplied.

   ♦ Warranty does not apply to products made to the buyer's specific design or specifications. The warranty is void if the buyer does not fully comply with the product installation instructions or performs unauthorized maintenance.

   ♦ The warranty does not apply to damages incurred during shipping. We guarantee that our products and components will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Policy

We invite you to experience the enhanced living with the ROBOT Ionized Alkaline Water Purifier. We believe you will be satisfied.

For ROBOT Ionized Alkaline Water Purifiers US series purchased through this website, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you wish to return the unit within the first 30 days, we will refund the full amount if the product is 100% new, unused, and in its original packaging.

If you have used the machine and it is still in "LIKE NEW" condition, we will charge a fixed fee of $199 (unlike many companies that charge 15% or $300 - $800, depending on the price of the machine). "LIKE NEW" means the product has no scratches, damage, or breakage and is returned fully operational, in the original box, with all hoses, connections, components, manuals, etc. You will be refunded the amount paid, minus the fixed fee of $199. Additionally, you bear the return shipping costs, and initial shipping fees (if any) will not be refunded.

Please note that all purchases of customized ROBOT Ionized Alkaline Water Purifiers US series (custom colors, specifications) are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

3. Product Exchange Policy

3.1. For Unused Products:

You may exchange the product for a different model if it is 100% new, unused, in original packaging, and verified by INNOLIVING USA LLC technicians.

The buyer bears the two-way shipping costs for the exchange, and initial shipping fees (if any) will not be refunded.
The product exchange period is within 07 days from the date of receipt.

3.2. For Used Products:

– Customers may exchange the same type of product if an irreparable malfunction (due to a manufacturer defect) occurs. The product can only be exchanged after confirmation from the manufacturer’s technician and compliance with the following conditions:

    ♦ The product is confirmed as genuine (with a purchase invoice; identification tags, and electronic warranty registration).

    ♦ The product must retain the manufacturer's original seals and warranty stickers, with all accessories, warranty cards (if any) intact.

    ♦ Returned goods must have no physical damage (dents, scratches, discoloration, breaks...).

    ♦ Exchange period: within 30 days from the date of purchase & electronic warranty activation. Bảo hành điện tử.

    ♦ Used products, past the exchange period (30 days), but still within the warranty period, that have been repaired more than 3 times within a month and still malfunctioning, will have their remaining value after depreciation assessed to agree on exchanging for a different product.

    ♦ If the new product’s value is lower or equal to the remaining value after depreciation of the exchanged product, no compensation for the difference (if any) is required between the parties.

    ♦ If the new product’s value is higher than the remaining value after depreciation of the exchanged product, the buyer must pay the difference between the new product’s value and the exchanged product’s value after depreciation.

      ♦ The warranty period for the exchanged product will continue from the previous product's used time.

3.3 Costs for Exchanging Products Within the Exchange Period

The new product may have a value lower, equal to, or higher than the exchanged product's value:

If the new product’s value is higher than the exchanged product's value, the buyer must pay the difference.

If the new product’s value is lower or equal to the exchanged product's value, no compensation for the difference (if any) is required between the parties.

– The buyer bears the two-way shipping costs for the exchange, and initial shipping fees (if any) will not be refunded.

3.4 Cases Not Eligible for Exchange:

Using or operating the product not according to the manufacturer’s instructions causing product damage

Customers do not register for an electronic warranty; do not have purchase invoices and documents...

Customers causing damage such as peeling, breakage, changing the shape, and operational principles of the product...
No exchange for consumables like filters, filter cores, ...

4. Exemption Clauses (or Other Terms)

– In any case, INNOLIVING USA LLC is not responsible or liable for any damage or defect in the product caused by repairs performed by anyone other than INNOLIVING USA LLC authorized service representatives. We are not responsible for any damages, including (but not limited to), lost time, inconvenience, any fees related to the repair or replacement of the product, direct or indirect damages, business loss or disruption, or any other monetary impact. INNOLIVING USA LLC's total liability under any warranty terms is limited to the actual amount the buyer paid for the product.

– In any case, INNOLIVING USA LLC or our agents are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to any property arising from the use of the ROBOT Ionized Alkaline Water Purifier US series with untreated or improperly treated hard water and/or improper installation. Any tampering with the machine will void the warranty.

– Damage claims are handled separately from the warranty. Damage claims must be submitted in writing, including a fully completed INNOLIVING USA LLC Damage Claim Form. To the extent permitted by applicable law, INNOLIVING USA LLC is not responsible for indirect damages.

– No retailer, dealer, distributor, or any other person has the authority to make any warranty or representation concerning INNOLIVING USA LLC or the products we distribute. Therefore, INNOLIVING USA LLC is not responsible for any such warranties or representations.

– This warranty policy is only valid for ROBOT Ionized Alkaline Water Purifiers US series products purchased and used in the USA. Any damage occurring outside the USA is not covered by the warranty. Using third-party filters will void the warranty.

– This warranty policy is non-transferable unless EXPRESSLY AUTHORIZED IN WRITING by INNOLIVING USA LLC for warranty transfer. Even the seller's sales personnel or any other person are not authorized to extend or make any warranty beyond the time frame described herein on behalf of INNOLIVING USA LLC.

– The warranties described herein are issued by INNOLIVING USA LLC and will be the sole remedy and compensation for the buyer. The repair of defects, in the manner and time described herein, will constitute full satisfaction of all claims, whether based on contract, negligence, strict liability, or other grounds.
